The group Musica Spiccia was founded in 2006 within the Cultural Association Baule dei Suoni, which has been working for over twenty years in the artistic and pedagogical field with the main aim of studying and re-proposing Italian folk music and world music.
A very peculiar orchestra, whose members are composed of about thirty elements of all ages, playing strings, wind instruments, accordions, strings and percussions, conducted by the original baton of Giulia Cavicchioni. They have six record productions to their credit, including T’Chal Bai – Lasemela Anda, partially recorded in Cape Verde, together with the Baptistinhas group.
