Cultural history of the Italian song

Cultural history of the Italian song

With Jacopo Tomatis and Maurizio Bettelli

Jacopo Tomatis, musicologist, journalist, musician, is professor of Popular music at the Dams of Turin and editor of the Giornale della musica.

It is a text that is the result of a research work that has been going on for more than a decade, the core of which dates back to his bachelor’s degree, while the book is a development of doctoral work. A work of great scope, finally with a scientific and non-informative slant, like previous journalistic-style publications on the history of Italian song.

A research that will definitely change the approach to the subject.
