VILLANDORME – La fia del paesan

Villandorme is a Friulian trio born in January 2019 from an idea of Lino Straulino together with Alessia Valle and Alvise Nodale that proposes Italian folk songs revisited in a folk-rock key, following in the footsteps of historical groups such as Pentangle, Steeleye Span and Malicorne.

Hypnotic and dreamy melodies that aim to take the listener towards timeless dimensions, in which the magic of music that unites the man of the 1400’s and the man of the 21st century gradually makes its way. All played on the wise weaving of the strings that create a fascinating sound fabric that supports the voice. In June 2020 Veronica Urban substituted Alessia Valle for the voice.
