ACCESS REGULATIONS – COVID19

In accordance with the law of 23 July 2021, n. 105 the entrance to Folkest 2021 concerts is allowed only if you are in possession of the Covid-19 green certification (Green Pass).

The green pass is issued automatically by the national platform and can be obtained only under certain conditions:
(a) administration of at least the first Sars-COv-2 vaccine dose;
b) cure of Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months;
c) performance of a rapid molecular or antigenic test with a negative virus result and a validity of 48 hours.

Verification of Covid-19 green certificates is carried out by reading the barcode (qr code).
Personnel in charge of controlling entertainment and show business activities are authorised to verify green passes.

you must respect the signs and follow the instructions of the entertainment control staff;
– all spectators must maintain an inter-personal distance of at least one metre;
– entry and exit are restricted and the flow is regulated by the operators on duty;
– a mask must be worn for the duration of the concert;
– spectators are not allowed to enter if they have flu-like symptoms such as sore throat, cough or body temperature above 37.5°C;
– spectators must keep their assigned seats and may not attend the concert standing or in different seats;
These regulations may be subject to change according to the covid-19 regulations in force.

Access to concerts
It is strictly forbidden to:

-To bring in SUITCASES, TROLLEYS, BAGS and BACKPACKS larger than 10lt.
-Bringing in SPRAY BOTTLES (mosquito repellent, deodorant, sunscreen, etc.).
-To introduce STADIUM TRUMPETS.
-To introduce or possess WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVE EQUIPMENT, pyrotechnic devices, SMOKE, SIGNALING ROCKETS, STONES, KNIVES or OTHER STRIKING OR CUTTING OBJECTS;
-Bringing in CHAINS; Bringing in alcoholic beverages of any strength;
-Introducing or possessing STUPEFACTIVE SUBSTANCES, VELENI, NOCIVE SUBSTANCES, FLAMMABLE MATERIAL;
-Entering or remaining in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs;
-Introducing or selling beverages contained in CANS, GLASS BOTTLES, METAL BOTTLES or PLASTIC BOTTLES larger than 0.5 litres (only bottles no larger than 0.5 litres without a cap are permitted);
-Bring in ANIMALS OF ANY KIND OR SIZE;
-Bringing in SELFIE sticks and TRIPODS;
-Bring in UMBRELLAS and SHAFTS;
-To introduce MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS;
-Introducing PENS and LASER POINTERS;
-Introducing DRONES and REMOTE PLANES;
-To introduce AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT;
-To introduce PROFESSIONAL and SEMIPROFESSIONAL CAMERA;
-Introducing VIDEOCAMES, GOPRO, IPADS and TABLETS;
-To introduce BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, SKATES and OVERBOARDS;
-Introduce TENTS and SLEEPING BAGS;
-Bringing in ALL OTHER OBJECTS THAT MAY OFFEND;
-Displaying material that obstructs the visibility of other spectators or that interferes with emergency signs or that, in any case, obstructs escape routes to the exits;
-Carrying out any kind of commercial activity that has not been authorised in advance, in writing, by the event’s organising company;
-Engaging in any kind of commercial activity that has not been authorised in advance, in writing, by the event organiser; Engaging in aggressive acts towards the control personnel;
-Damaging or tampering with the facilities, infrastructures and services of the installation in any way;
-Climbing balustrades, railings, partitions and other structures that are not intended for public use;
Standing on access and escape routes and any other escape route.
