Raised between the Netherlands and Spain, Raquel Kurpershoek has been fascinated by rhythm and drawn to Latin music through her studies in Rotterdam and further specialization in Cordoba, following her dancer mother’s flamenco roots. Her naturally multicultural approach led her to develop a personal style, evoking emotions that transport listeners to a more harmonious, delicate, profound world where feelings matter and music is a central part of life.
