In the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, near the Slovenian border, Corno di Rosazzo is renowned for its DOC wines, such as Ribolla Gialla and Picolit. The area is enriched by the presence of votive churches with precious frescoes and the Abbey of Rosazzo, which dominates the surrounding landscape.
Among its historical treasures are the castle of Gramogliano, dating back to the 13th century, and historic villas such as Villa Torriani and Villa Nachini – Cabassi, now the headquarters of the Consorzio Vinicolo dei Colli Orientali, with a large wine shop and a point of sale of typical products.
