A gripping and constantly evolving project, a blend of ideas and sounds, which was born out of the need to discover the folk roots. The aim is to find an expressive and contemporary style. It’s a dynamic project that needs social, political and historical effort to be successful. In October 2016 the band “Pupi di Surfaro” won the award “Andrea Parodi” in Cagliari and deserved to perform here at Folkest.
